Secret Ingredient for Sept 29

And only a day late, too. I was battling a stomach bug yesterday and booze was the last thing on my mind. However, I'm feeling much better today and I'm ready to post this week's Secret Ingredient:

  1. It was our "drink of the summer" - a bellini. Mathilde makes an all-natural liqueur that can't be beat. The peach (1 oz.) mixed with 4 oz. of champagne made for one of the best summers ever.

    They also make the liqueur in pear, framboise, and black currant. At 18% alcohol, they're not overwhelming and because they're all natural, they don't add anything weird.
