It was our "drink of the summer" - a bellini. Mathilde makes an all-natural liqueur that can't be beat. The peach (1 oz.) mixed with 4 oz. of champagne made for one of the best summers ever.
ReplyDeleteThey also make the liqueur in pear, framboise, and black currant. At 18% alcohol, they're not overwhelming and because they're all natural, they don't add anything weird.
That does sound tasty.
